1-1 MEANS you get a personal programme that will be designed to suit you. Working alongside a personal trainer helps make sure you adhere to your programme and you can see yourself progressing week by week, month by month as your programme is adapted to suit your changing fitness levels. Sessions can be in a gym setting, in your home or outdoors.

ooberMama - Group fitness training for new and not-so new mums who want to get back in shape but are not sure where to start. There will be time to chat in this relaxed setting, but you can burn off the excess baby fat in the process. Babies can come too and sit and watch (or maybe even sleep!) in their buggies. This is a great way to get fit and meet other mums. All new mums are required to get medical clearance from their family doctor before starting. Exercises are done at your own pace with body-weight exercises and interval training as appropriate. (New clients - post-natal (6 weeks normal delivery/12 weeks post-section) or bootcamp beginners this is the ideal class). Sessions last 1-hour and can be held at your kids schools if there's room, or you can check out if there is one already in a hall?studio near you.
oobertone Pilates - a 60 minute Pilates-based strength and toning class that will have you looking fit and trim in no time.
ooberXpress – 45 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) bootcamps that keep the heart pumping and calories burning long after you’ve finished working out.

FOR individuals, couples or groups aged 60-plus who want to maintain/secure a level of basic fitness that will ensure their continued mobility and balance, regardless of their previous exercise history and help reduce the liklihood of having a serious fall. Research has showed that regular exercise can reduce the chances of a serious fall by up to 70 per cent. Fall-related injuries are the leading course of injury, deaths and disabilities among people older than 65. The most common injury is hip fracture and half of those older adults hospitalised for hip fracture never regain their former level of mobility. Apart from age, risk factors for falls are muscle weakness, functional limitations and environmental hazards. Exercising to increase strength and balance is a great way to cut these risks and in the event of a fall, may help to minimise any damage. Exercises are easy and safe to do in a guided class.
