BIKINI & Board-shorts FITNESS CHALLENGE
Get fit and toned for the pool!
OK! Who's up for joining ooberfit's Fitness Challenge. You can try this whenever you feel like you want to shed those unwanted pounds/kilos, but what better time than now with the rainy season about over and the pool beckoning once more? Ooberfit challenges you to one month of cutting back, coupled with a minimum of two bootcamp sessions a week. Watch the weight come off, the body tone and your fitness levels shoot up!
1. No alcohol during the week, Monday through to Friday, 5pm. (With the exception of twice in the entire month).
2. Absolutely no snacking. Choose between five small meals OR three of your usual meals a day.
3. Crisps, chocolate or any other treats are banned. You can nibble on the odd carrot if you feel peckish... it is a hare-raising challenge, after all!
4. Minimum of two bootcamps per week PLUS...
5. At least one other cardio exercise per week and/or the Five Exercises To Great Abs x2 circuits, (twice weekly, on top of any crunches you do at bootcamp!)
6. Absolutely NO cheating!
